Channel for complaints, claims, suggestions, and congratulations

The following form is a communication resource that CITMAga makes available to the public to give voice to different ideas for improvement, suggestions, complaints and congratulations. If you want to carry out any of these 4 actions: congratulate a person and/or action, make a claim, file a complaint or provide a suggestion for improvement. Please complete the following form, in the final section "Expose and expand information about your query" you will have all the necessary space to give a detailed description of your request.
